Ordered the White Queso, The queso was bland and luke-warm, the chips were stale, Waitress brought new chips, also stale. Waitress suggested we should go to Chuy's if we wanted great Queso. She was right. More

I've eaten at Waterloo Ice House off and on over the past 30 years, and it continues to provide great food at a good price. Recently ate at the one in The Shops at the Galleria (71 and 620, Bee Caves), and the service was excellent and the food was good. Split a burger with my wife, and they served... More

The food here is just ok but it is great for kids. There is a good variety on the menu and they have a playscape outside for the kids to play. More

We always go to the Waterloo Ice House when we visit my daughter. The food is great and the service is super. Would love to have one in my home town. More

The cinnamon pecan pancakes are huge and delicious. Our server, Travis, was M.I.A most of the time... Needless to say, not impressed with the service. More
