Others may claim the title but not one is as consistently delicious as David's. The brisket is always tender and moist, the turkey is melt-in-your-mouth good and I love the fresh onion rings. Sides are average but the meat is the star.

Have seen the reviews so i had to try. Established in 1910,can't say when it was updated. Owner must put every nickel in the bank. Wife and i both had the ribs. Price was right,sides were very good. I've lived in SanFrancisco, New York, anfd Los Angeles...ALL great food towns....BBQ seems to be the only distinctive Texas "food" I've been exposed to ,and this is OK, for BBQ .But it's still only BBQ..How sad

I live in Arlington and have lived in the area my whole life. Seeing this was the #2 restaurant in my town on TA I checked it out. The meat is bland, but the sauce is great. I have to say that this is an average BBQ joint and there are better places for BBQ in the metroplex.
