My brother got married, so our VERY large party had dinner here. Located in down town and near the Grace museum. The food was excellent and they brew their own beer. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. The service was prompt. I will come back here the next time, I m in Abilene. More

This restaurant is my favorite place to go in Abilene! The microbrew beers, food, ambiance, piano man, service...Fabulous! This is a MUST for anyone who lives in or travels to Abilene! The food is delicious, and I had a Belgium beer that is absolutely phenomenal! My family and I spent the evening together dining, conversing, drinking, and listening to the... More

I am here in Abilene on a business trip. My work partner and I went to Cypress Street Station on a Monday night, and it was very quiet and not at all crowded in the restaurant, which I guess isn't unusual on a Monday, but I thought it was odd because it looks like a nicer place. I got the... More

I visited the CSS while in Abilene on biz. I'm a beer guy from Colorado and was elated to discover a place that offered locally produced beer - and very good beers at that. Brian - the owner - has a great hand for brewing beer as well as his labors in building this establishment that has a great history.... More

We went to this restaurant because it has great reviews in Tripadvisor, so I had high expectation. The atmosphere was great, but the food was regular. I ordered Chicken Salad Croissant, and it tasted like just other regular chicken salad croissant. More

...or one of many other fine choices in Abilene. This is not one of them. My bone-in ribeye was inedible (not cooked properly, very tough, more fat and gristle than most ribeyes). My wife did not like her dish, but my daughter loved hers. They did not have a wine list, and our waitress didn't know much of anything about... More

Different menu than other restaurants. Good quality. Good wine and beer selection. Parking may be a problem. More

My opinion used to be that if you wanted a great restaurant outside of San Angelo, you had to go to Dallas. No longer. I was dragged kicking and screaming to Cypress Street, expecting a standard brew pub menu. It actually had reasonably priced and interesting dinner entrees. I had the pork chop with raspberry chipotle sauce and highly recommend... More

Brian does a great job. Lots of live music on weekends. The specials are always great and the menu is a pleasant diversion from the status quo. Portions are what they should be but far smaller than the typical Texas-sized plates elsewhere. More
