You would go here because it's good and fast, not for table service or atmosphere, which is reminiscent of border town eateries. I had a combo plate of enchiladas, 1 taco, and 1 tamale. I just give it an average because although it stays quite busy there is really no difference between it and every other burrito place around, prices are about the same, portions are about the same, just a convenient quick meal. More

Their breakfast Burritos are the best in Abilene. There are two locations. Their hot sauce is so good that I believe I could just turn up the cup and drink it. More

Stopped in here (based on previous reviews) while traveling through Abilene. We were a little skeptical as our GPS started guiding us to the place, but turned the corner and the place was packed. Breakfast burritos were great, the cinnamon rolls were deliciously fresh and the price can't be beat. More

This is literally the most amazing burrito place in Abilene! My sister now lives in Illinois and when she comes down she eats La Pop at least 3 times. I love the beef and gravy, and potato and egg. (: More

Love the breakfast burritos. Very unique and has authentic mexican pastrys and dishes (menudo on Saturday/Sunday's). The place can look like a dump.... but has great food. I do not recommend going for dinner -- they are better for breakfast/lunch. More
