Family owned and known for the Wert's burger & famous onion rings. All you have to do is look at the parking lot and see that it's always crowded. Super service and consistently good food!

This is an old place in an out-of-the-way location near the Allentown Fairgrounds but is always worth the trip. It's family owned and it shows: the staff has been there for a while and know their regular customers. The burgers are about the best I've had: always fresh and done to order. You must order the fried onion strings.

All the reviews here are accurate. I stop in whenever I'm in the area. Whether on a date, with family or on business, you will not be disappointed. The food, drinks and service are definitely good.

If you would like to have a nice meal in a clean family environment this is the place. Food is good from burgers to meals. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. Sometimes you need to wait for a table but generally not too long. They have a seating area while you wait. The hamburgers are very good... More

I eat at Wert's on a fairly regular basis. The food is always excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. For lunch today, I had a bowl of their chili, which is always very good. If you order it with cheese, they'll broil the cheese on top of the chili for you. I then had the krainerwurst platter, which is... More

nice service, good food, reasonable prices. It can get crowded sometimes. Very close to the Allentown Farmers Market if you are looking for a place to have a meal before or after shopping. Try the onion rings and the birch beer.

service was super; onion rings were as good as advertised! The Monday burger special (burger, onion rings, slice of cake) was a great value. a good value for the money!

This local favorite has a variety of delicious burgers to suit most tastes. They also have an excellent selection of sandwiches and sides.

Everytime I visit Wert's I get the same thing, I can't move on from the Cheeseburger Club. It's an awsome triple decker cheeseburger with bacon, and the key (in my opinion) hard boiled egg. Choice of cheese and it's one of the best burger I have had lifetime!

Phil's Burgers. And an order of their specialty fried onion rings. Not often. But every time I need the fix, I have to drive here to get it. What a history! Worth any wait. And better on Mondays when you can get a side order of onion rings instead of the whole basket.
