We regularly visit the Carrabba's in Apex, NC (close to once a week for years). The food is consistently very good and fresh tasting. Anything with the lemon butter sauce is terrific. The red wine sangria is wonderful, with a little hint of cinnamon. What really keeps us going back to this particular Carrabba's again and again is the service.... More

The Italian food here is excellent. The prices are moderate. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is just off the dining area, so you can see them preparing the food they will be serving you from much of the restaurant. My favorite is the Chicken Marsala. More
