Romulo's got these function rooms upstairs that can turn any get-together, whether a birthday celebration or a small company meeting, feel extra special. Their crispy pork binagoongan might encourage you to take an extra order home. Baby pusit in olive oil is a super must try. Never dine in Romulo's without ordering their Cool As A Cucumber mocktail.

It's a little pricey but the food are delicious! The service is kinda slow but worth the wait. Must try is their crispy pata! The atmosphere is very relaxing and very quiet.

Good food, good times! Went with the family and we all had a great time. Too bad I was on a strict diet that I wasn't able to enjoy it with much gusto. But I will definitely go back. Thinking of celebrating my birthday with friends and family here.

Very modern, stylish restaurant with high quality Filipino cuisine. I've been here several times. Great photos of Mr. Romulo with dignitaries and politicians adorn the walls. This is a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends.

The food taste absolutely awesome. We were a group of 20 and ordered sinigang na salmon, kare-kare, crispy pata, shrimp with kamias, chicken that was spicy (can't remember the exact names of the dishes), white bihon, kaldereta, crab with coconut, pinakbet, suman and kalamansi sherbet. Everythig was cooked to perfection! The crispy pata had a mouthwatering crunch, the chicken so... More

I immediately fell in love with this place. They have a very sophisticated ambiance and interior which actually lives up to the taste of their dishes. This is one of the best restaurants that offers very good food at very reasonable price! It was my second time at their Tomas Morato branch. For me, everything in the menu is must... More

I have been to this place 3x in a span of one year. I simply love the interiors and the ambiance. The dishes are also good. I remember the baby squid appetizer , the boneless crispy pata and the lengua. This is a good place to bring foreign guests.

Located parallel to the busy Tomas Morato street, Romulo Cafe serves excellent Filipino food at customer-friendly prices. They do Filipino favorites like kare-kare, chicken pork adobo and binagoongang baboy really well, all are flavorful without being too rich and overwhelming. The place is clean and the service is friendly and efficient. Definitely a place I'd recommend and keep on patronizing.

Chicken rilleno (galantina) is a must try. Their appetizers are great specifically the one with a longganisa stuffed in a wrapper like a dumpling. The food is really great, tasty and relatively affordable. A highly commendable place. Although the venue is quite small and the place can get get crampy when the its gets crowded..
