“Top French restaurant in KL at the Shangri La... sliding down.”

What was unmistakably the best French restaurant in town is sliding down. A lot of the wine list is missing having not being replaced. Some of the original signature dishes have been taken off the menu. Resting on it laurels will see further slide. More

Stupid age limit regulation. Some kind of republic age restriction system. What behavorial diffrence can a 5 years old and 6 years old do ?
