I once went to top hats to celebrate my friends birthday, and we ordered the set meal. The salad came first and it was just ordinary. Then came the main course, mushroom pie, it's really nice, juicy. They weren't stingy on the fillings. Next the créme brûlée. The waitresses were so friendly that they've got a candle on the cake...

The signature item, top hats, were good, but not great. The top hats at Little Penang in KLCC are MUCH better. The rest of the meal was pleasant, well-prepared, with good service, but not too memorable.
