Good price and OK food, bit of a wait but it was lunchtime, typical of a restaurant in the big KL shopping malls. OK for a quick lunch More

This inside PetronasTwin Tower Top Floor (tourist spot, nice for photoshooting) restaurant serves a lot of local food at reasonable price. the " nasi lemak rendang ayam" ( rice cook with coconut milk and curry chicken ) and " cendol " ( a type of Malaysia popular dessert, crushed ice with coconut milk and brown sugar syrup) is a must... We stayed in KL only for a week. Acutally, we had two meals in Madam Kwan's. I like the satay the most. Curry is also good. My kids love the fruit juice very much. We enjoyed our lunch and dinner here. More

Went to Madam Kwan's at the top of KLCC on our first evening in Malaysia, recommended by a friend. Short wait for a table. It's very busy but service is slick. Lots of tempting dishes on a picture menu which is helpful. Great fruit juice selection. We really enjoyed our meals and the prices were very reasonable too. More

Although we went to more expensive restaurants while in KL, this place had the best food!! Great value for money. I recommend the eggplant and bean curry, the beef rendang and the nasi lemak with chicken. The Malaysian coffee was yummy too! As other reviewers have said, it is a busy restaurant so be prepared to wait awhile before getting... More

There are a number of Madam Kwan's restaurants. I really love the food here and it is 'almost' as good as my mum's cooking. Most dishes are 'nyonya/peranakan' - meaning it mostly represents the food from one of the states in Malaysia, i.e. Melaka/Malacca. A number of the dishes have coconut milk in it. If you are looking for something... More

My husband had been here several times before on work visits to KL and assured me it was a good place to eat, despite the fact that it was in the somewhat sterile (as far as food goes) environment of Suria KLCC. We went to the door, were told a 10min wait and went for a short wander. The table... More

A very good selection. Worth a visit if you want to get a flavour of traditional food - usually very busy so service can be a bit slow More

I'm not sure if I spelt that correctly but it was so yummy! Portion was a little on the skimpy side though but I topped it off with a Kachang dessert! I'm not sure if I've spelt that correctly but it sounds like the noise that an old cash register makes when you open the drawer! It was a sweet... More
