Went to the outlet in 1 utama for the first time. I ordered a plate of sandwiches. The food was indelible and horrible especially the beef bacon as the fillings. It was not cooked well and tasteless. I dine there quite often in different locations for the last 10 years. the price is fairly compatitive except the food portion is shrinking over years. I guess u know why.... Not complain with food-- from Big Mouth Burger to Rib. Salute them for being able to keep such high standard for so long.

Food was great... Service wasn't acceptable at all.... Waiters were rather rude... When we asked about our late delivery of our order we were brushed off.... Refills service was slow too...

I sat at the bar and had dinner here one night. The food was just as I expected, the service was pretty good. If you are looking for good American food or just easy bar dining this is a good choice.

Coldest beers in town, and that brings me back time after time! I love their Caesers salad with chicken, the fajitas (especially the mushroom jack) and the grilled salmon. Free flow of Nachos and great western food is my love for Chillis. Also, if you go in the evening, the cosy ambiance set the mood and it is always crowded with people during happy hours.

In this restaurant you can have very nice steaks but a bit expensive. They offer different drinks also and cooking level of your steak is exactly as you wish.

Ms Rozz very helpful and friendly .. been to Chilis Bangsar and associates was warm welcome.. One of my favourite dishes is triple plate its was amaze me and my friend ..Steak was juicy and tender. good recommendation by Ms Rozie. Service was fantastic and excellent with full of smile.
