Well after reading the reviews online for this restaurant my huband and I were properly prepared for the experience.
We did arrive late (accidently) and without reservations so we were happy when they accomidated by letting us have a seat. That and the show is about all there was that was good. It took about 10 minutes for a waiter...

Service was quick and friendly, (there weren't that many customers in to be fair). Everyone in my group enjoyed their food (apparently the guinea pig was good, I stuck to a safe veggie pizza!)
The entertainment was an unexpected (and quite hilarious) bonus, with wild dancing and mad costumes. They served a decent house wine too.
