Good and fresh Moroccan food in a small riad in the medina of Essaouira with a bit too fancy decoration . Friendly service and reasonable price and certainly the best place where we ate in Essaouira.

Nice restaurant, good service and a kind welcome, ferme rouge wine was available by the glass at reasonable cost. we particularly enjoyed the starters, fish course was a little disapointing, especially given the fact that essaouira is a fishing port. We sat in the salon which was comfy and nicely decorated.

Went twice in the week of 23-30/12 2011. First astounded by the interior decoration, then discovered that the service and the food were on the same level. A really magic experience!Françoise, the owner, is also very helpful with tourist advice. Good wine list.
