I dropped by this restaurant a few times for its chicken rice so have tasted both the steamed chicken and the roasted one. My choice is the roasted chicken. The chicken meat was very tender the fried bean sprouts was delicious. We also like the chicken rice and the 'hor fun' with soup. There're 7 of us and the meal only cost us RM65 for lunch. It is value for money and we definitely want to eat at this place again when we visit Ipoh next time. More

Been a PJ institution for years. The no-frills service is admirably efficient ;) Good chicken rice with steamed chicken and all condiments. Also does good assam prawns, excellent fishball soup and ditto the beansprouts. Go early to avoid the queue during weekends. More
