I've enjoyed lunch here 3 times during the last few months, and every time it has been outstanding. As we're living in Yokohama, we have tried the lunch buffets at Intercontinental and Royal Park as well, but Cafe Tosca is superior in terms of food quality. You can of course get better views at Royal Park, but that's about it.... More
