“Good food, art and helpful service”

Very quiet on new year's day today, but we had a pleasant lunch. Steak, oxtail and risottos were good and so were the freshly squeezed juices. My mum loved the still life and landscape paintings by the owner. Unfortunately, she wasn't in then so we couldn't make further enquires as the artworks a for sale.

“SWEET SURPRISE”

The main course fine and the surroundings are pleasant. However, the chocolate fondant pudding was abolutely mind-blowing. I will go back there for the pudding.

“noisy bar”

Noisy. Great location. more interested in begin a bar, than a good restaurant. Interested in selling wine. Steaks are good, but expensive. Could, but does not use the good readily available produce from the local markets.
