Christina served us an authentic dinner when we visited her. We loved it. We thought it was the best meal we had on our trip. She has a beautiful small hotel on the outskirts of Arusha. Christina is a fun, energetic woman committed to helping the women of her area...and a super cook.
My wife and I visited Christina's, while we were staying overnight in Arusha post our safari. Yhe place offered a very intimate setting. The host Christina is a remarkable woman, who cooks personally and hosts warmly- she even bought special vegetables, since we were vegetarians! The restaurant and lodge is astonishingly tasteful - sample the lovely African paintings, the art,...

Great hidden gem in Arusha, excellent food and very very hospitable staff, they will assist the guests with any details-big or small, the food was wow. African styled served ,fresh from the market to the kitchen. Christina , the owner is very charming woman I ever see. I will definitely come back.
Have been at Christina House more than twice and what I ate I still miss it to date and wish could have it here. The African meal traditional way of cooking was awesome and the food was real tasting so good.
Is not all about food but even the environment it self was a paradise to me and my friends,...

Yummy is the traditional lunch served. Christina House is outstanding and I can't wait to go back. What a lovely, quiet spot surrounded by lush gardens and charming accomodations. The host is a delight to speak with. You'll enjoy your experience there at Christina House; I'm grateful for my visit.

Only visited for lunch, but the home-cooked Tanzanian meal we received was awesome! I checked out the rooms and they looked pretty nice.
Stayed one night before our safari, so were only there for dinner through breakfast, but was a reasonably priced clean room, with friendly service and great food. Can definitely recommend anyone looking for a well-priced and reliable stay.
We had dinner at Christina house in July 2012. Food and place was amazing. They will have someone pick you up. You can even stay in there bed and breakfast. We look at the rooms and they look great
