Well, first time here... green place, cozy. Free entering the museum, and there is a bus to take you around in surabaya. It takes 1.5 hour. Well, when you first time in surabaya, maybe you should try this bus. ^^

I think this is one of the unique places in Surabaya for a tourist to visit. The museum is very well maintained in my opinion an therefore it's worth a visit. The food is OK and the restaurant offers fusion foods including Western foods and also Indonesian foods.

The Food is so-so....but the ambience..the architecture is what I like... I cant remember what I eat, so it should be just so-so, or I was to occupied talking with my old buddy... :-) It is next to MUseum Sampoerna. I think it is somewhere, on the Northern part of Surabaya......

Nice atmosphere but food not great. We ordered a nasi goreng (best of the 3), sate and a salmon steak which the waiter kept insisting that it was the most popular dish there. Frankly, it was the worst dish as the salmon was overcooked and partly burnt on the skin side and extremely dry. The mix sate was tough too.

This place was families of Sampoerna house since 1900's with original architecture. The venue was GREAT, and for food was average. But, this place more excited for visiting with a friends from overseas.

Brillant! travellers should spend an hour or two here. The free tour was a disappointment but the museum was amazing. A must visit location.

I've been to the museum a few times before, but never had I visited the restaurant until recently. The first time, I had afternoon snack with my friends. We ordered salads, fries and cold drinks. You definitely can find other restaurants in Surabaya if you are looking for the food. But this place makes you want to stay longer and have a good conversation with a friend.
