Located in the Taj Gateway hotel, this restaurant is far away from the Ghats but is close to most of the better hotels in Varanasi. The food is excellent (I highly recommend the samosa appetizer). I had Maharaja Thali and it was heaven. To top the excellent food and service (they could improve on the lights though), we had the good fortune to listen to the incredible ragas played by Kanta Prasad Mishra. A MUST when in Varanasi. More
