Idlis, Dosas and other South Indian snacks; the best you can get in Hyderabad is at Chutneys. One thing I appreciate about most such restaurants is that they tend to have their original taste unlike udipi (South Indian snack) restaurants here in Mumbai. There are 4- 5 varities of 'chutneys' and sambar tastes really nice!
