Not bad, nice to have a change of the usual hotel food. Very spicy but perhaps its' what we ordered haha! Strict policy on what you are allowed to wear at this restaurant. In our opinion, this was the best restaurant in Sharm in terms of food. We ate at the Four Seasons as well, which was lovely as it gave us the chance to see the building. But the food at Hyatt's Sala Thai was delicious ... so much so we went twice! More

We visited this Hyatt Hotel restuarant, during our stay. My wife being Thai commented that the food was as authentic as you can get overseas. The three chefs chatted away and it was clear that this was a good restuarant. The price of £25 a head set meal was probably worth it although portions were small. In our opinion the best restaurant at the Hyatt. The food is quite authentic and good. But the portions are small and thus you need to order quite a lot in order to get full, so that it ends up being an expensive dinner for Egyptian standards. More

Went back here for dinner and the food is AMAZING! you can watch the chefs as they cook, all fresh ingredients, lovely building to eat in and excellent service and well priced! A must if you go to Sharm More

At the end of the meal the waiter asked if we had enjoyed our meal, I commented that I had found mine a little salty for my taste, not that it stopped me eating and enjoying it! Having visited Thailand the food was authentic if a little more on the British price tag. The service we received was fantastic, as was the food. This place is definitely worth a taxi ride from down the road in Naama bay. Keep up the fantastic service and food. Thanks for a fabulous evening. More
