We ate at Shark on two evenings, having fish and prawns the first time (excellent) and lamb the second time (average). The atmosphere is good, and the price reasonable. I suspect there is no better in Dahab so I'd recommend Shark to anyone else going. As ever, you need to agree a price for the fish/seafood beforehand. More
