We stayed for 1 night in this seaside hotel in Santa Marta. The hotel is in horrible state and very dirty. We had to ask 3 times for light bulbs as only 1/3 worked. Also, the towels used to be white but were now grey with holes in them. The staff was very ignorant and got no reply other than...
