El Bistro left me wanting something else. The salad was extremely over dressed And pretty skimpy on the lettuce. Maybe it was the dressing but some of the veggies tasted as if they were from a can. The chicken on the salad was tasty but there wasn't much of it. Service could definitely use a little work. More

Good for lunch. Nothing spectacular, but nonetheless, good bistro food. Chalkboard menu which can be translated for you in English by the proprietor. Lots of locals come here as the prices offer good value. More

Good and reasonable. We ate at this place a very good meal prepared by a German chef that mixes local food with German recipes. The menu is written in a blackboard with limited but excellent choices. It is a good value. More

The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty and included soup, salad & main course. All the breads are to die for! Service very prompt and attentive. A delight to find this type of restaurant in... More

A pleasant place to stop and have lunch but not somewhere that you instantly want to seek out and go back to. Whilst the food was a tad heavy (beef stew and chicken soup for lunch) given the hot weather, the service was fine. An unpretentious place and comforting food. More

This place was really busy the first time we came, so I guess there must be a reason. But we couldn't find one. When we tried again the following day (this time for lunch) we got plunked into a corner and ignored. The food, when we could finally order, was good enough, but nothing special. Nobody ever checked on us... More

Overall ok experience. Not too clean though. Interesting selection of dish. The service is definitely the weak part of the experience. English spoken at le bistro. Good strong coffee. More
