Stopped in this place to see a client (he was staying there unfortunately). The staff here actually hold customers in contempt. Unfriendly and very aloof "service." “Affected by renovations.”

I'm sure the hotel will be great after June 2011, but right now it's not up to par. Customers have to walk through the smoking section of the lobby to get to the guest elevators. They've also designated a lousy room for check in. That's crowded and noisy. More
