Here is the rigth place to start if you just have gotten of from the plane, you can find , hamburguers, staaks, chicken, and the best in town ice cream.
The Dumbo chain is reliable and dependable for a quick if average meal. Its ice creams are always good, as are its sillpancho (thin breaded beef over rice) platters, and its Bolivian pastries. Well, I am into the best food experience I can get...after all it's my south american experience and I don't think I'll have it any time soon again. This place is ok if you are not looking to impress your taste buds.
