Professional staff, great atmosphere and food in fair prices. Good selection of wines, clean restaurant and toilets. Chill out music... Just a few minutes walk from the bus stop of Msida.

My wife and I ate there last night and I must say that the server was very good but the food was just so so. We ordered the Kobe steak and rack of lamb. The lamb was nicely done but the amount of meat did not justify the price. The Kobe beef however was the biggest disappointment. Never having tried...

Had the best pea soup ever, and the rolls with. Whipped garlic butter are amazing but the rest of the experience did not.
Service was friendly and fast but the decor is cold. An old building well restored but the building was not elegant when it was built.
The wine list was limited in French Wines and not inexpensive.

Hmm, extraordinarily surprised by high ranking. Have eaten here twice in past few years and would never go back. Very 1980s Take a look at the menu online; if that's your thing, go for it. Those with more contemporary tastes might consider Mani, Vellum, Pacific Rim by Kana, isalita, Ravens Club, Vinology, Logan. Grange.
I went there basically to try the rated #1 restaurant in AA from Tripadvisor. Indeed, the food is excellent. Service is good, but not the greatest for a place which have such reputation and a little overpriced - small things like waiter is looking anywhere but you while explain the menu or sparkling water is served directly in the glass...

Very happy with everything. Read reviews and tried it. Great on all counts. Very knowledgable waiter and excellent food. Enjoyed it. Will be back.
Based on the reviews on TA we decided to venture over to Ann Arbor to give the West End a try. What a great place to sit and try the multitude of appetizers that they have new each day. We tried four of them before we became stuffed.
I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The menu and photos online made it look like somewhere we'd enjoy. We got the articoke as an appetizer and enjoyed it thoroughly. I followed with the swordfish and my husband the sea bass. He liked it a lot. My fish was cooked well but not really what I was expecting based...

A place for special occasions. Great food and service but expensive. Menu is a slate board on the table. The server will describe the 15 or so items on the menu so you know what you are getting. You cannot go wrong with your selection. Always hope that we get another gift card from out children.
What's the mosts important thing about a restaurant - the food! and West End Grill delivers.
Consistently the best food and service in AA. Appetizers and entrees are consistently delicious. There is always a generous but not excessive variety to choose from. I usually pick a filet, with great sauces and sides, but the fish, especially the sea bass, is...
