For sure it is NOT the best restaurant in town. The menu is short as well as the wine list. I just did not like the taste of my fish in coconut. More

Following the comments here, I decided to visit Colores Santos on my first night in Vina del Mar. The server gamely answered my questions and the food was excellent, if a little bland.The portions were on the heavy side which precluded my ordering a dessert. The food is excellent, the restaurant looks lovely, the wine is delicious and reasonably priced. Could not find a fault over 3 courses and 5 people. More
