The Burj al Arab is an incredible hotel and an icon of Dubai. There is really nothing like it. We visited the Burj SkyView bar for cocktails one evening and had a fantastic experience, with an equally fantastic view of downtown Dubai. Expensive, sure, but worth it for a one off taste of pure luxury. More
