We enjoyed a most enjoyable and relaxing five-day break at this remarkable hotel; it is the epitome of luxury and good service with a truly international staff (approximately eighty languages are spoken) who skilfully manage to blend their friendly approach with true professionalism. Faultless!!! More

Service impeccible, our main reason for choosing to dine here on Christmas Day. Not keen on the influx of casual visitors which somehow took away the special feeling of being at the Burj. More

Really worth while taking a look, however you can't just go there without a reason. You need a booking for a restaurant. You can't go in unless you have long trousers on and a jacket. More

We went there to have what they call” High Tea”, at seven o’clock in the evening. When seated, they gave us a menu and told us we had to choose one cocktail and the coffee or tea we preferred. But, nobody came to take the order. Instead, we were served a glass of sparkling wine and some sandwiches. Still having... More

We had afternoon tea in Sky View Bar. You can go to see around the lobby, fountains, shops and lobby restaurant. About afternoon tea - nice view from 27floor with perfect meal.Do not eat before you go. It is better to ask for window table when you make your reservation. More

Had been invited to have coffee, as one cannot just enter and look around in this high priced hotel... that in itself is ostentatious... I like the outside form, looks elegant and looks good on the small island. However, the modern exterior does not match the glitz and horrific colors inside... I expected something a lot more modern and good... More

There was a great variety of food especially Asian cuisine although most were just common food and nothing remarkable in it. They served Wagyu but they are very stingy in giving portions of it to the guests. We had to go back so often to be able to get more. More

it’s located at lower floor in Burj al arab which serves a very nice view of the sea. It’s so relaxing when you look out the window to see the fabulous wide skyline, blue sea and white sand. Service here is superb. The choice for buffet is wide. Most of the Asian cuisines you could find them here! I especially... More
