I invited some friends to Chandelier for a coffee and shisha (water-pipe) the other day. We had American coffee which was bad and Cafe Latte which very milky, and the prices were at least 20-30% more expensive than the other cafes on the Marina Walk. This is a decent place to go for some shisha at the Marina. The food and fruit cocktails are fine but nothing spectacular. Beware of sitting inside, where service is slow even though you are closer to the kitchen. It took 30 minutes just to get the check, but only a few seconds for them to want us to pay!... More
