Cafe Toui is a small restaurant located just off the main strip. We ordered the 80,000 kip trial platter, and enjoyed every bite. It was delicious and very variable. However, the menu was incredibly extensive, and made us wish we had a week more in Luang Prabang to try more of the dishes. We would definitely recommend Cafe Toui. More
