The place was empty, the waiters were standing at a corner having their own conversation. When I asked somebody to take our order, it seemed that none of those waiters were responsible for our table. The food took a long time to arrive. Mine was tasteless. I had to send it back.

If you are visiting Panama, you shouldn't eat here. the food isnt exceptionally good, and the service isnt either. If you are visiting i would suggest restaurants more native to Latin America, or ones that are not HUGE chains around the world.

First two nights we went, sat at the bar and had great service. And real ketchup (don't judge - the rest of Central America uses really sugary ketchup. Not the same!)! But then another night sat at a table and service was slow and scattered.

Why go to a place like this in Panama - no culture, no creativity, no service, and lousy food... do not waste your time.
