The ceviches are the best ever tried, also the main plates (both of us had seafoods) and the desert was completely different from what we had before (chocolate crepe with fruit of passion mousse and coconut icecream). We ate here on 12/26. I think that a restaurant is at half staff and out of most dishes because it is after Christmas, they should either not open or tell you. Food was eh. We ate here based on a NYT review. Our mistake not worth a second chance.

I discovered La Mar in Santiago. When I saw they had a place in Panama - I had to try it. It is with the trip. The food was great and the place is cool looking. The service is good, but too laid back. The Santiago place was great and incredibly attentive. Check it out!
