It is a fusion food with a good chef behind scenes. We went 6 people and order different plates all of us walk out with satisfaction. Good service, Good wines and prices not to high.

Have eaten here at least three times over the last year, and I've found it to be sometimes spectacular, always creative, and sometimes just off. At least they are pushing the boundaries of cuisine in San Salvador. Sometimes they just don't quite make it, but it's still worth the risk.

Esperato has a varied but cohesive menu, superb service that's not overdone and intimate environment that's not uptight. This restaurant has a formal area as well as a more "social" section too - both are inviting and receptive. A perfect addition for San Salvador.

Service was superb, the dining area dubs as an art gallery. I had "Steak and Eggs", perfectly cooked meat, the right amount of blue cheese... Simply delicious! I recommend arriving early or making a reservation.

With out a doubt, Esperanto has the best ribeye in El Salvador. Adicionally, The Bull Tail is spectacular. Numerous other plates are creative, original and great. I highly recomend this restaurant.
