Very busy with 30-50 years-old people and located next to the Punta Carretas mall and the Sheraton, this place is much more affordable than anyone would guess. Me and my girlfriend ate well (two large couverts and appetizers, a generous cut of meat with sallad, 4 beers, 1 coke, 1 water, 1 dessert and 1 coffee; everything was tasty, if... More

I arrived in Montevideo on May 1, which is a national holiday. Many of the restaurants were closed, so I ended up having lunch and dinner at La Perdiz. Their Filet Mignon and baby squids were excellent. The bread and selection of wine was very good. I returned two more nights to eat there. After trying a variety of things,... More

Very busy, but service was friendly and happy to recommend dishes and wine. Food was excellent. I had the Chorizo and the Bife Ancho. It was light on vegetables, but the steak was massive and delicious.

Great appertizers, okay salad, good filet and salmon. Nice wine list. Sit outside depending on the time of year.

Really handy for the Sheraton. Feels busy and homely, just what we needed on a Saturday night. Service was very good as was the food. Would go back if I'm back in the city

This is a must every year I come to Montevideo. The food is always good, the desserts like the budín de pan are to die for. And, it is always full so, make sure you reserve a table.

Informal environment and convenient location. Given the fact of the location be nearby Sheraton Hotel, normally guests go there. This could be the reason of the place is always full. We had dinner in the second attempt - in the first one, it was not possible: place full and waiting list of more than 1 hour! The place does not... More

A very complete menu. Fairly priced. Make an early reservation. Very good "Picaña" and entrecot. Wine selection is ok too.

Convenient location and good reviews on Trip Advisor led us to give this place a try. We ended up having a lovely dinner at the bar. The place was busy but the staff is clearly full of hard working professionals. Diego, the bartender, took great care of us - he gave good recommendations on wine and the menu and we... More

We stayed at a hotel very close to La Perdiz, as part of our honeymoon trip to Argentina and Uruguay. The place was packed! Despite not having a reservation, they seated us before we had finished a glass of wine at the (also-packed) bar. We enjoyed the food and wine tremendously. Our only quibbles are: 1) It was a little... More
