In fact I visit IBIS since 15 years ago in Business trip. But this time, it was poor, Excellent service. But the food...something was lost in few years... Should be updated!

nice place and good service, but not great. The food was ok, but the service could be improved. There was a table of a group, that was served much faster and they din´t say that the fish would be serve with a side.
Pleasantly welcoming, and possible to have a non-smoking area table (by no means universal in Puerto Varas). Service was good, but we found the food rather heavy and unappealing - lumps of meat or fish, thick gloopy sauces, and a lot of rather plain potato. It didn't taste bad though. Very few wines other than in full 750ml bottles.
Nice ambiance. Some dishes are good, some are average. The menu is a little too big to ensure that every dish will be good. We were served frozen vegetables! The chupa de centolla was rich and tasty.
Amazing food. Took my father-in-law here for a birthday dinner. The staff was extremely helpful. The food was excellent. The service and decor make you feel great. Prices are reasonable considering the quality. Make sure to ask which seafood is freshest.
Went here on the recommendation of a local and it was right near our hotel. The fish was so good if we had time would have gone back again.
It's not cheap. Nice place inside. Upscale. Make reservations. We had the equadorian shrimp appetizer hoping it was something similar to something we had in Santiago and it wasn't nearly as...

We ordered two different fish dishes and were quite pleased. This is a bit of a walk from downtown but probably no more than 15 minutes. Nice setting.
Good food, nice service. Try the Peruvian style Pisco Sour. The Chilean style was a bit too sweet.
This place does great lamb BBQ and steaks you won't find just anywhere. Also great atmosphere and everything located on the coast road on Lago Llanquihue. in Puerto Varas
The seafood crepes is the best choice in Ibis. The restaurant is nicely decorated, you can order very decent wine, service was good and the table cloth was crispy clean. Ibis is a good choice for lunch or supper but try to avoid it in February.
