Unique venue in the Centre of Hong Kong. The scenery exquisite and the table really unique. I was with a group of 6 people's and we were in a private room. We had our own waiter who was very attentive to any of our needs. The food was amazing, I would recommend the Japanese raw eggs, the grill chicken, the... More

My husband and i had brunch at Zuma’s after a glowing recommendation from a friend. Our friend had recommended that we book ahead, however we had forgotten to do that before we arrived in Hong Kong. I called on the Friday night to see if i could land a booking for that Sunday and i was given a stiff and... More

We had dinner in Zuma with friends. The salmon sashimi and the different kinds of sushi were very good. We also ordered the usual tempura, yakitori, etc. and all were topnotch. The cocktails they offered were unique and yummy. I will definitely go back to try other dishes the next time I am in HK.

Book at least 2-3 weeks prior to ensure you get the date and time you want. It is not that easy to find and you enter on one level then go down a spiral staircase to the restaurant. The food is amazing - that is presentation and taste. The cost is relatively high compared with other good Japanese restaurants.

Have dined at Zuma multiple times, and always enjoyed the food. The ambiance is great for dinner with friends (not my go-to place for a romantic evening though). During our last visit we had the salmon sashimi, spicy tuna rolls, spicy fried tofu, soft shell crab, prawn tempura and wagyu beef steak with seasame sauce, rounding up with the chocolate... More

Visited with my girlfriend for an anniversary dinner on our last night in Hong Kong. Admittedly we ate late (table booked for 1030pm) but having initially accepted our order for the tasting menu the waitress was clearly told by the chef that he didn't want to prepare 10 courses at that time of night. We decided instead on some sashimi,... More

Just had amazing set lunches. Shared with my son. Fantastic. Brunch was once fantastic, however , not the favorite anymore, as too difficult . Ie don't answer phone answering machine , and then demand deposits, via credit card . A bit over the top , and really frustasting when the phone goes to voice mail. Such a pity as food... More

a friend living in HK at the time recommended we go to Zuma for their famous sunday brunch. at around $55 AUD per person, including free flow perrier jouet champagne, beer, bellini and other non-alcoholic drinks and a wide range of sushi, sashimi, hot food and a delicious dessert platter at the end makes this dining experience well worth it.... This nouveau-Japanese restaurant is wonderful for a short (or long) lunch on its two levels of seating. Fabulously located off Queens Road adjacent to the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, you cannot go wrong with the location. The lunch menu is varied with quite a few Bento Box style selections at expensive (but reasonable for HK) prices.
