I had no particular expectations before coming to this restaurant. I left pleased by the good and will definitely come back. We had pork belly (not fat, which was great), stuffed crab shell, lychee wood roasted crispy chicken and winter bamboo shoots and mushrom. All dishes were very tasty. The desert menu is very comprehensive. We had the dessert that... More

Sing Yin is a good reflection of HK - a modern place offers good traditional stuff. They offers good traditional Chinese cuisine as well as new dishes made with seasonal ingredients (my favorite dishes - Chicken smoked with Lychee Wood, cha siu and every dim sum). Sing Yin also offers good Chinese teas (my suggestion: Pu-Erh tea - smooth and... More

Had lunch with my family on a Sunday. Despite the fact that the restaurant was packed, we had a very attentive and very professional service. The team was detail oriented, recommended specialities and made sure we never ran out of tea! The food came very fast, was hot and very tasty. Portion size were generous and represented a good value... More

Stayed at the W on business and was too weary to hit the streets after a busy day so decided to eat in house. Enjoyed a pleasant meal with helpful and attentive service. The restaurant has a nice ambience and there are some interesting food selections on the menu.

Had dinner at this restaurant last Dec. Nice ambience but the food quality is only average. Definitely a lot more better quality Cantonese restaurants in town than this. The only thing worth mentioning is the desserts that we had. Pretty decent desserts.

I have been to this restaurant twice recently. It is not difficult to book a table during weekends. The problem is the service that is erratic. The waiters often talk among themselves and tend to ignore the customers. It is rather noisy if most of the tables are occupied. The food is of average standard in a restaurant attached to... More

I was here for lunch on a saturday afternoon. Although the restaurant is located at the lobby of the W Hotel, the guests were mostly locals. The food is delicious I specially enjoyed the first course of our menu which were three pieces of dim sum exquisetely prepared. They have an all you can eat dim sum menu for breakfast... More

For an all in Price of HK175++, you get a dimsum buffet that tastes excellent. Best suited for people who do brunch. The buffet is only offered during weekends between 930 to 11am. Try the Double boiled scallop dumpling soup and the Osmanthus Flower pudding with Medlar (a dessert), Fantastic.

My friend and I went here while on holiday in HK. It is located in the W hotel in Kowloon. The food was really quite good, and the menu is long and interesting. Here's what really bothered us: instead of seating us in the main area of the restaurant (which is really dramatic and stylish), they seated me and my... More
