We especially went there for afternoon tea on Saturday. Reservation was made a few days earlier and I got reconfirmation call a day before. Both of us had the tea set with ice cappuccino. Tea set has both savory and sweet cakes, and the best part is the ice cream buffet. It is not only a variety of ice cream,... More

Love the brunch here, chill out with free flow of champagne Moet & Chandon. Great food and attentive service with high quality seafood counter - lobster and crab are the best and is a MUST. Will sure come back again.

With a friend we tried the Sunday brunch buffet and we liked it. The quality of the service is very good, we felt comfortable. But the best was the quality of the food. From the sea food, meat, salad, everything is excellent. I would recommend the foie gras on toast bread. It is better to make reservation.

We had our Chinese New Year Eve buffet dinner at the Tiffin. Not very much choice of food but every dish is delicious. Only the lobster was a bit over cooked. Services was excellent and attend to details.

I remember coming here many years ago for dessert buffet and decided it would be nice to come again because it was amazing. It's not the same anymore. Very disappointing and dessert choices have fizzled. Not worth the price.

after several year, still miss its GreenTea swiss roll, hot Waffle with crispy edges and yummy peanut butter sauce. Staff is really helpful and cheerful. I searched and asked for my waffle once I arrived there about 7pm, the staff made it promptly upon my request. They suggested some special desserts initiatively and professionally. I found that buffet dinner was... More

We wanted to enjoy the live band and have a late light dinner at about 9pm on a Saturday night. The band was great and it apparently plays throughout the day but the Tiffin does not have an ala carte selection. You MUST have the buffet which costs HKG588 on a weekend. Since we couldn't justify a buffet meal at... More

I have been a fan of their Wed/Sat dinner buffets in the past decade. The buffet needs a reservation, featuring a variety of chinese and western dishes, including lobster (chinese style), wonton noodle soup, roasted pork, crepe/waffle station and traditional chinese dessert.

I was a bit skeptical of hotel buffets, but this one at the Grand Hyatt is a real winner- one of the best dinner buffets I've ever been to. The setting is in a mezzanine lounge overlooking the city skyline. The seating is not real tables- more lounge and tea table seating, but very comfortable for a leisurely meal. The... More
