There is a reason this restaurant has 2 Michelin stars. When the first course of steamed kale arrived with dry ice vapor pouring from the serving dishes we knew were in for a treat. The group reached for phones and cameras and snapped photos of the dish - and every subsequent dish served. This is a dining experience not to... More

Had the excecutive lunch and food was too oily. Taste was not so bad, but it did not appear to be what I was told. Should have a better combination that is not so oily for every dish. Service was a total failure for this kind of restaurant. I had to call the service staff all the time although there... More

Each time we go to Hong Kong, we have diner at the Ming Court. We were disappointed this time. First, they open an other room (we never been in this one). It is at the end of a long corridor and not in the main restaurant. Look like they were using a conference room or something. But I can tell... More

I had to beg to get in and was allowed 45 minutes at 11:15 AM to enjoy lunch. Pricey, average creativity and taste, average service... Not impressed.

I can hardly think of anything good to say. We ate dishes that mainly consisted of animal skin and the service was terrible.

There is no ambiance in this restaurant, the lighting is bright, the food over-priced with small servings and poor service - it seems the wait staff deliberately avoid eye contact and this is clearly not how service should be handled given the price and Michelin star rating. We began our meal with the half Peking duck as described in the... More

The food here is fabulous, really delicious. Presentation is beautiful, dishes are very varied and really well balanced. The atmosphere was good but not excellent, that said I ate here late in the evening and service was a little slow to start. Highly recommend it.

Travelling in Asia you can never be too sure if what you are going to get it going to be too far our. But this was really creative and really tasty. There was not a dish we had that we didn't like. Plus some great European wine from a very good wine list (Sancerre my choice). We started with Shredded... More

Had lunch at this restaurant and not overly expensive. Don't be scared off by the Michelin stars. It was excellent and if your budget is a little tighter go for lunch not dinner. Worth a visit.

Good food, but Hong Kong has many excellent restaurants. In consideration of its very high price point, I would probably go elsewhere.
