Recommended to me by the concerige desk in grand hyatt. it's good old school steak. portion is small, but i guess it is because of asian's behaviour.

first impression is : huge place , many tables and very old style.
i was told that the interior is the same as 10 years ago ( i just heread that ! )
in fact , relativly old interior .

Louis steak house has the most delicious US produced steaks. Really high quality meat that cuts like butter. The layout of the restaurant is attractive with red gingham table cloths. Service is very good; my only criticism is that the food is never that hot. As for desserts, well Hong Kong seems to be stuck in a 70ies time warp...
