Excellent falafels. Very kind owners and when you come in you even get a complimentary falafel. This is in a stil untouched and typical area of Haifa

I heard about this place 2 months ago and went there and it was worth every bite! When you enter the place the owner gives you a ball of Falafel with Tehina as a welcome blessing. It melts in your mouth. I took the regulare full PITA - the salad was fresh and all together it was a fantastic Vegi... More

My favorite Falafel for more then 10 years. Their falafel is of the "green" kind. Love thier Thinna too. Very small booth, worth the money

My husband and I were very pleased with the food here. Best Falafel we have ever had!! We also loved the Kibbe there. We were in Haifa for two days and ate there both days! Even took a sandwich to go!

Falafel Hazkenim is an institution in Haifa because its been around for so long, just like Michelle, a falafel joint right across the street. Both are located in Wadi Nisnas, an old Arab neighborhood in Haifa that is safe and interesting to walk in. However, for a falafel foodie like me, who also prefers healthier options, I find both the... More

Lots of people will tell you it’s probably the best Falafel place in Haifa, but I must disagree. The place itself is very unpleasant, small, crowded and stuffy. The food is not any better than most other Falafel places. I was very disappointed form my visit there.

The felafel is juicy, simple, with a special flavor of Cumin spice, in a Pita, with one type of salad, Tehinee sauce, and a smile form the owner, who likes his food and his customers. A small place in a heart of the old part of Haifa,.

HaZkenim is a real Israeli icon. The VERY friendly staff welcomes you with a Falafel ball dipped in Thina. From that moment till you leave this fantastic place you are into a Falafel trip. The best Falafel balls and Thina I have ever had (I am an expert in this). A MUST if your are in/around Haifa. Do not forget... More

This is the best Falafel in Israel. As you enter the team is welcoming you with a falafel ball as a taster. Then they give you a Falafel in the required size (full or half) with techina with one of a kind taste .. i eat one portion per week.
