The Latin Quarter brought back memories of Jesse Cook playing his rumba guitar, with the patrons grooving to the beat. The staff are young university students who are warm and friendly and more than willing to practice their English. Set in the ex PM's residence the feeling is one of class. The Latin American chef has put together an array... More

I can't believe the last customer did not enjoy this place. What a find this was for us. We had lived in Spain before but their tapas was just amazing....fresh, tasty and big operations with a small price tag. The Paella was fantastic.....especially with a jug of freshly made Sangria. We went back the second day for the set lunch,... More

I lived in Spain for a few years, and love tapas so that's why we went here. We had clams, meatballs, chorizo and prawns pil pil with a bottle of wine. The clams didn't taste fresh, so we only ate a few. The menu says they come in a white wine sauce, but it was just loads of friend onion... More

Came in for a lunch and was not disappointed. Food great, wine brilliant, staff know their stuff, good facilities, great ambiance, clean toilets - couldn't fault anything, great afternoon, thanks so much - well be back - probably this evening!!

we have no idea how the last person did not like this place. It is just wonderful.. amazing historic building, quirky furniture, top notch and innovative cuisine. Cerviche in Phnom Penh....come on! we were just blown away with this and went back many times during our short stay in Phnom Penh. the best bravas we have eaten and that includes... More

We visited here for lunch on the back of a raving review in the local magazine. Would not recommend to anyone or go back there. Potatoes were lacking salt and the tomato aioli was very bland. they tasted like they had been cooked in oil which had been there for years. My girlfriend enjoyed the prawn dish in garlic oil... I loved this little place from start to finish! The food here is great with a lot of choice and is very good value! We had about 10 dishes that were all fantastic to be fair! The drinks menu is also good and has good value too so its unlike a lot of places which offer cheap food but bang... More

After a very disappointing visit a few months ago when my wife and I tried in vain to order food, but the waiter didn't understand English, we finally decided to give the Latin Quarter another try. As it was during the mourning period for the late King Father, no alcohol was allowed to be served, but this was not their... More

This is a good restaurant/bar near Royal Palace. Great atmosphere and staff. It has a good selection of Spanish, South american items on the menu and manager/chef Diego is very careful with ingredients they use. Also a good place to go for good sangria and paella ! Reccomended
