Do not eat on the 1st floor the roof is covered in lizards I was sat by the balcony had heard a pop luked down to see what looked like droppings on my shorts looked up to see a lizard directly above me and everywhere else for that matter. These droppings no doubt fall in food all the time so... More

We went here for dinner one night after being recommended by our hotel to eat on this stretch of road. It was nice and we satisfied our non Thai food cravings after 2 weeks! However, it was a bit like a thai version of hard rock cafe and was quite expensive for Chiang mai but if that's what you are... More

Went to The Riverside for lunch, and went back again because we had a good experience first time round. Setting, by the Ping River though the views are average. Service was good, food well prepared, fresh and tasty. The rice was good, freshly cooked (the grains not wet and stuck together) which is a good sign that it has been... More

The largest but also the blandest Pad Thai that I have had in Thailand. The batter on the spring rolls was too thick making them soggy and stodgy on the inside. Looks like a nice place for a drink being in a river setting, but I would certainly not recommend for food. More

We got here early as we had young children. The place started to fill up really quickly but we had a great table overlooking the river. The food was ok, but my fish dish Stood out and was amazing. There was just too much of it and I'm a big eater! Had a great time watching the sun go down.... More

Everyone in town will tell you about this place since it's been here a long time. Food was reasonably good but the service left something to be desired. Not dreadful, but definitely needs some work. The bar started to fill up not long after the live music started and we left not long after - it got VERY crowded. The... More

Compared to other restaurants in this area we thought the food was ok. We had a lovely table on the river and the place had a nice feel to it. Live music and busy it created a more lively dining experience. If you're looking for a quiet romantic meal you'll be disappointed with this place. Service was attentive and price... More
