This place serves a mini selection of Korean food and in additional to beverages and cakes . It gets very busy esp during the lunch hour so if you want to... More

KOREAN FOOD!!!! and good at that. The owners are a cute couple, with the wife from Busan, Korea area. Her food is authentic and tasty!!! The coffee is possibly the best in Bhutan, with both husband and wife being trained in Korea from a real coffee place. sometimes living in Bhutan you get tired of the local same old -... More

After days of eating Bhutanese food, it was a refreshing change to have Korean food. It took a while for our food to arrive but it was worth the wait. The spicy condiments (pickled cucumber chillies, pickled radish and cucumber) whetted our appetites. When the bibimbap arrived, everyone tucked into the rice with beef, egg and seaweed with nary a... Anyeong! While the menu listing may be limited to a few dishes, that hasn't stopped me and my friends from frequenting this lovely cafe all the time. Owners Yeonji and Tshering provide healthy and yummy korean dishes, with great coffee and amazing pink lemonade; if you're lucky, they keep freshly baked muffins (plum and strawberry rocks!)...While most dishes make good... I had read and been told that Karma had the best coffee in Thimphu. I was wrong. This is the place to go. The test of a good coffee brew, like a good wine, is not just the taste but the after-taste. Palden's coffee had a very light after-taste. (The "best" coffee I have tasted--the civet cat or luak coffee--had... More

The first and only Korean restaurant in town; its soon become a favorite with its selection of a variety of Korean dishes. Everything on the menu is worth a try including the cupcakes! Never really liked Korean food until I came here.

The ambiance and the food was brilliant. It's a lovely cafe with korean food as well. The staff there were also very friendly and efficient. There's a cute little jewellery corner with other little 'kawai' things, they keep you quite occupied while you're waiting for your order.

This is a new coffee place - having opened in October 2011. I've tried a few of the coffee places in Thimphu that have sprung up in recent years, and in my opinion, this is far and away the best of them. The atmosphere and decor is tasteful and pleasant, and the owners are very friendly - but the benchmark... More
