I love the cookies and ice cream! I make daily visits when I'm in Aspen. It's a great little place to grab your treat and be on your way.

A trip to Aspen would not be complete unless you stop here at least once. I'm partial to the Zucchini-nut, muffins because they remind me of the Zucchini bread that my Grandmother used to bake, yes they are that good AND there just aren't that many places making them either. I also like their white chocolate/Macadamia nut cookies and the... More

Several locals recommended Paradise. We ended up going every day after dinner for a selection of fabulous gelato, killer brownies or gourmet cookies. One afternoon it was so sunny, we ate gelato outside on a bench surrounded by snowbanks.

If you are looking for a sweet treat, be sure to stop in for a cookie. Well priced and delicious! They also serve about 20 varieties of gelato and sorbet. I will be back to try those. The bakery is open at night, and it's the perfect place to stop in after strolling the town.

I have been eating the zucchini muffins her since the bakery opened many years ago. They are my favorite. During the summer evenings, June through August, this is a great place to hang in the evening, to listen to classical music, performed by musicians, from the summer music festival.

Every visit to Aspen, I manage to get ice cream here after dining out, yes, even when the temperatures are well below freezing outside.

This unassuming bakery is about the size of a walk-in closet, but the goodies it turns out are out of this world. Grab some pastry for tomorrow morning, or get some ice cream and sit outside on the corner bench.

I had the Aspen Latte- mocha and raspberry and it was unbelievable. Paired with a zucchini nut muffin and had the most wonderful time eating it. The birds loved the crumbs.
