Came to Tosca with two other couples to celebrate. We had all heard the reviews and had colleagues who enjoyed the restaurant. It (mostly) lived up to all the billing. The service is impeccable. This is an attactive restaurant, formal and not too noisy. The service was top rate and the food good. We both had meat dishes (lamb and veal) and they were excellent.
