Description: From the talents behind Proof, Estadio recently debuted on trendy 14th St NW, above Logan Circle. According to blog.zagat.com 'offering contemporary takes on regional classics in pintxos, tapas and entree-sized portions, along with sandwiches on housemade bread, all washed down by Iberian wines (many under $10 a glass) and frozen alcoholic slushies; the uber-stylish setting incorporates decorative wrought iron, reclaimed timber, colorful tiles and themed murals, with seating at a large concrete bar, a marble counter facing the open kitchen and window-side tables perfect for scoping the vibrant street scene.'

Went here just for a snack and a cocktail and would like to go back again for more. We tried both the red and white sangria and both were very unique and tasty. We ordered the octopus which was outstanding. We also tried the fava bean spread which we found to be lacking a bit of salt and did not... More

One of our perpetual favorites in DC... and one of the only restaurants in the world (outside of Spain) where the jamon, tortilla, bocarones, aceitunas, vinos and the rest of the Spanish comfort foods are almost better than their originals in Spain! The variety of small plates of cheeses, meats, and warm and cold tapas is perfect. A client at... More

Four of us shared a window table for early weekend tapas recently. Food was first rate. Small plates that let us sample a dozen different things. Server's wine recommendation was spot on, as well - an 8-year old Rioja that was nicely balanced, rich and just lovely. More

Unfortunately, no outdoor seating and no open windows (hint, hint, insert garage door!) but delicious brunch choices and not too much. Try the chorizo and fried egg meal. Service leaves a bit to be desired, not all items may show up... More

A vegetarian menu is available upon request, and everything is delicious. Go early if you don't want to wait for a table (reservations only accepted until 6pm). I've included pictures and more info on my blog. -FCV http://www.firstclassvegetarian.com/ More

Visited Estadio with my daughter for an early dinner. It was already busy, but we had a good time, pleasant service, and very good food. The standout dish was the Baby Chorizos--if you enjoy chorizo sausage, you must try them. The restaurant is small, atmosphere is pleasant. There are restrictions on party size for reservations. More

I recently had lunch at Estadio and overall it was very good. The baby chorizos were good, the roasted mushrooms perfect, the spinach salad was very fresh, and the halibut very flavorful. The cheese tray was good, not great, and slightly overpriced. The chocolate pot did not meet expectations. The atmosphere was cool and service was good overall. I do... More

We have been here a few times. Each time the long wait has been worth it. The service is great and each dish is mouth watering-ly delicious! A must try! More
