On one of our excursions to Waiheke we went to this lovely restaurant with my family and our friends and their little kids. The food was excellent and so was the wine. I think we had some lovely Rosé. We were very happy that this wine restaurant can also accommodate little kids and kids needs even without a kids menu! More

We were inconsiderate enough to turn up before the Casita had opened but were welcomed in for a drink at the bar while the staff cheerfully got ready for the day's business around us. Started a day of wine rating here today and had a great experience! Super friendly staff. The five-glass rating at $30 is quite a bargain. The Pinot gris and the Madame Rouge (a fortified red) were particularly memorable. Great staff, very helpful in terms of advice for further stops.
